HB troll is Ruschist active measure communicated directly to Trump by Putin.

Purpose was to stop Biden becoming president so Muscovy could conquer 🇺🇦.

CW: It is just depressing how poor the NHS performance has been since Torys came to power when compared to its peers. Chronic underinvestment and privatisation has taken its toll.
The NHS has always been used as a reason against a United Ireland but the statistics give a different story. The Irish healthcare system, even with its imperfections, is outperforming the NHS.
