A respirator can stop all of those viruses plus all of the variants of CoVID-19. (Except the STDs, unless you wear the respirator over your genitals, which wouldn't be much fun. Also, someone is probably not going to spread STDs to their friends or family, unless their friends are very good friends or their family is very bad family).
