As POTUS, you cannot use any bathroom. You have to poop where the secret service tells you as a countermeasure of some adversary stealing the POTUS DNA to prepare a virus super targeted to kill him (and for other types of attacks).
I would be surprised if current or past POTUS did not use diapers on those travels.
In any case, a body giving up is not a good reason for bullying a political adversary. It is low.

I don't think they are that worried about POTUS DNA. Every international organization that is capable, I'm sure, already has his DNA, considering that presidential candidates shake the hands of thousands and thousands of people during a campaign.
But I guess the secret service has to check the restrooms for security reasons before he uses them.
