People aren't "bred", they come about through natural selection. For example, if someone doesn't adopt the protective measures against COVID-19 and they get sick and die, then they can no longer pass on that trait to their offspring. So the behavioral phenotype for tending toward acting in one's own self interest is more likely to predominate.

@Pat sure but selective breeding forces are still at play as oppressing nations would've killed protesters historically speaking in these nations (for 700+ years) thus drastically reducing the % of the population with genes associated (assuming there is such thing) with protesting or rebellion.
In any case, it's a hot take (mostly feelings not facts) so not a serious piece of research this it should not be taken with much weight if any at all.
