If content is not available anywhere, then the copyright holder can't claim any economic damages if it is copied without authorization.
@Pat @natharari I've said this before recently - piracy is a moral imperative these days when books are being banned and whole shows wiped from any online existence. The efforts by copyright holders to stop cultural preservation is worse.
