"「島上的人們,其實很有生活智慧。」李昀諭說,快90歲健朗的雜貨店阿嬤會用傳統木材燃燒的大灶煮飯炒菜;因應這裡人們以魚塭維生,或到外海去建蚵寮,海上熱曬,或以菊花冰鎮,或以無根草洗淨,曬乾,加入薄薄黑糖,就成了消暑好喝的青草茶,或是黑糖加上地瓜粉加井水,一樣降火。是這些點點滴滴,細細瑣瑣的老人家智慧,加上土地滋養的味道,讓李昀諭重新回到島上尋根找路。"
