"X（前推特）帳號李老師不是你老師今日（27）發文表示，2023 年年末，在貴州省高級人民法院聽證會召開當天，馬藝珈伊被地方公安以涉嫌尋釁滋事罪刑事拘留。而在她之前，為她代理債務執行的律師、律師助理等 10 餘人，也已被刑事拘留，涉嫌罪名均為尋釁滋事罪。

據部分公開材料顯示，六盤水市水城區政府共欠企業約 2 億 2 千萬人民幣（約 9 億 6,642 萬台幣）。而地方政府一份文件則承認有 9 千萬人民幣（約 3 億 9,531 萬台幣）欠款。

經多方證實，馬藝珈伊等人被抓前，區政府一度提出以 1,200 萬人民幣（約 5,270 萬台幣）化解所有債務，被她和代理律師拒絕，隨即案發。"
