@PsychoCod3r no. You can run GPG on your computer ans encrypt everything seperately from any server.

@PsychoCod3r yes. You can use plugins like Mailvelope or encrypt yur files and texts on your computer then attach or paste files/notes.

@PsychoCod3r on webmail, yes. If you use clients like Thunderbird, it's all done automatically when you set it up.
