@fuxoft By default, "Home" stream shows all public messages from my home server. Federated timeline shows messages from all Mastodon servers from accounts followed by users on my home server. My understanding...
As you have your own server with you as only user, "Home" shows really just your messages and messages of people you are following.

Now to learn, how to see only followed feeds...
