I know relativity... can't even recall if it's SR or GR, establishes different rates of passage depending on point of relativistic view. I think that's in the realm of SR. But "my view point" is said to remain the same rate of passage. Gah, talking about instead of looking at the paper. Here's hoping it's not behind a pay wall! 😉
