It’s time to end legacy admissions. Each year thousands of students are admitted to colleges around the nation only because their parents went there.

Legacy admissions are back-door discriminatory policies that overwhelmingly advantage wealthy, white students over everyone else.

There’s something comforting about knowing that I’m not going to run out of wine anytime soon.🍷

So, if the United States is in a “post-racial society” that doesn’t need Affirmative Action, why was their an explosion of hate groups when a Black President was elected? And why is right-wing media bashing Critical Race Theory and warning people about Replacement Theory?

Almost seems like the most racist people are the ones who claim there’s no racism anymore.

Apple Maps now displays the boundaries of tribal nations overtop of the U.S. states. This is a really cool feature and shows info most people haven't grown up seeing on maps.

They should also consider overlaying the boundaries of federal land. This would be useful particularly for looking at the West, just for the average person to see how little land Western states actually own.
