It's annoying how counting is difficult for some of my customers. If you order on the 15th, and we say something will be delivered in 5 days that means you'll get it on the 20th.
You don't count the 15th as the 'first day'.

@Saederup92 Worse is when you give a range. 7-14 business days and they call on day 6 : "I don't have a tracking number for my order." ... "It hasn't shipped yet." And then they go all fucking ape-shit crazy. -_-
