@SecondJon Yeah, he was super pissy about it, but I basically told him that his not having a tool wasn't my problem and it was no more than an hour's worth of work.
In the end I just doubled his refund. One refund for the seats not being attached as he had ordered, and that same amount for 'his time'.
@SecondJon It really blows me away that a bar/restaurant doesn't have a cordless drill. I've never worked in any restaurant or even office that didn't have a tool box.
