Remember that “once you know it, it’s easy” is as true for quantum physics as anything else. It doesn’t mean it’s easy. And it’s not an excuse for not making it easy to begin with if you can.

If you have to pick one, keep it simple: easiness, without simplicity, is the #marketing term for #lock-in.
