@Shamar I was surprised to see Torres Quevedo there, I didn't know he was famous abroad! My university was on Torres Quevedo street and I know him because I checked the name ages ago.

The text reminded me of Ismail al-Jazari, one of the incredible amount of polymaths of the Arabic world, that created a band of programmable robots to entertain the rich in drinking parties :D

To be honest I don't know if Torres Quevedo is actually famous here in Italy.

I learned about him some times ago, looking for uncelebrated hackers of the past.

Even Ismail al-Jazari is pretty interesting!
