ok but i dont like class declarations i think collapsing classes into functions is good actually and one of javascript's good things is that it's minimalistic

i just think a programming language should be syntaxically as simple as possible and then build everything in the standard library, adapting the language as needed to make it practical

which is basically the direction rust has taken

javascript had minimalism but always only had that, because it was initially designed badly by a bad person at a a bad time to fulfill very narrow needs. it's not always evolving in the way i want but at least it's evolving

c++ is the opposite of that but it's still not as bad as c, which is an old javascript that compiles to assembly
