A guy who I'd been warned was dangerous, who stalked/threatened staff & patrons last summer until they had to close the branch, was on our porch yesterday

We called 911

An hour later, #police hadn't arrived & he was gone

We saw him again this AM around the corner. He came into the branch tonight abt 35m b4 close

We called 911 again - no one arrived b4 close

I want the City of Tacoma to give library workers the $$ they're now spending on useless #cops
