Biden is happy to let Netanyahu do whatever he wants, kill however many people he wants, and will block independent investigations, UN resolutions, and ceasefire calls to do so.
Because while Biden professes to be utterly convinced of Netanyahu's righteousness in this "war," he knows evidence of mass civilian deaths and war crimes might make him look bad.
Just a total fucking sleaze.
I don’t think Biden is “happy” about his role in the situation nor do I think he’s “a total fucking sleaze”. Put aside Biden the person for a second, and recognize he is --the American president--. His actions as the American president are consistent with his predecessors.  The “sleaze” you’re looking for lies in American culture and its view of itself in the world, not in the individual that happens to be president.
