The only thing more chickenshit than a cable personality/journalist asking a question prefaced with “people are saying…” is a cable personality/journalist prefacing a question with “what do you say to people who say…”
What’s wrong with owning your questions? What’s wrong with being direct? How about saying “why do you contend that…” or “you have been quoted as saying…what exactly do you mean by that?” How about “I hear you saying XYZ but I observe you doing ABC…why is that?”
Don’t they know that smoking around these things is dangerous?
So as a rule, it’s OK to degrade a person with their name…sometimes? Can you provide other examples where it’s OK to degrade a person?
So making fun of somebody’s name like Shaniqua or Muhammad or Stein is OK?
This is Onion territory.
So, to be consistent, is calling him Danny to infantilize him and strip his hypermasculinity “name shamming”?

Excellent! I think one of the best tactics to neutralize these coward ass pricks is to mock their masculinity. Make fun of their tiny penis and laugh. Their phony machismo bullshit is cover for the fetal position fear they have of not “measuring up “.

I would love to see a mass of dildo parades converging on the capitals of the fascist drag queen haters. It could be good fun.

Agreed! It’s like they pretend they don’t understand so that they can seem clever and/or elevated above the fray and capable of seeing “both sides”. It’s infuriating.
Would this be a Fox News mind virus?
it looks like she’s trying to grab him by the pooper.
When I was in middle school in the 70s, I had an elective class called “Buyer Beware”. We spent an entire semester talking about the ways companies market to us and they techniques they use to trick us into buying all the crap we don’t need. Of all the classes I had a middle school this was probably the most memorable and useful. I’m pretty sure nothing like that is taught today but I may be wrong.
