Smells like teen spirit of the radio
Dancing in the moonlight drive
Bus stop draggin my heart around
That’ll be the day in the life
Suck my kiss me
Monday morning coming down on the corner
Proud to be an American idiot
Fool in the rain song
Crocodile rock around the clock
I wanna hold your hand jive
And now they sell phony religious (aka bible-based) buncombe dressed up as serious public policy.
To be honest, it can be a little overpowering sometimes. Just sayin’.
I follow you because of your floral scent.
Faster! Flood it FASTER! FASTER!!!
I have a better word for the phrase”massive violent attack”…pogrom.
Disgraceful that Israel has come to this.
So please don’t get me wrong. Fascism is bad and we have some very real problems with it in America. But 2020s America is NOT 1930s Germany in so many ways. It just isn’t. We have our own history to reference and need to quit using Germany as the lense. It’s a weird perspective.
The hyperbole on the issue is strikingly similar to the hyperbole I see on AI. There are plenty of concerns that we should discuss, but some of the commentary sounds like it’s being smuggled out of a French cellar in 1943.
Let the shitstorm begin! Allez cuisine!!
Wow. Nice. I thought this was Stokley Carmichael for a minute. I’m sorry I don’t have Prime.
The only thing more chickenshit than a cable personality/journalist asking a question prefaced with “people are saying…” is a cable personality/journalist prefacing a question with “what do you say to people who say…”
What’s wrong with owning your questions? What’s wrong with being direct? How about saying “why do you contend that…” or “you have been quoted as saying…what exactly do you mean by that?” How about “I hear you saying XYZ but I observe you doing ABC…why is that?”
Jiu-jitsu liberal. Couldn't drink well enough to be a writer or a lawyer. Became a stoned philosopher instead. Sometimes pay the bills.
