I used to be a pedal to the metal proponent of artificial intelligence. But now that prominent scientists and journalists have proclaimed that it will destroy humanity, I’m starting to believe we’ll be destroyed by vague predictions about things that are not remotely possible now, and may or may not be possible within 3 years or, ya know, 50 years.
Brings to mind the maxim that extraordinary claims require extraordinary evidence.
Quit whining about Nazis. Be like Red Bike Guy. Humiliate these cowards. Hit them where they hurt the most. Their primal psychological fear of WOMEN.
He needs to be paid a little visit from Red Bike Guy.
Can’t we just get that Civil War thing over with already? Like the first failure to split the union, America’s white supremacists have amassed weapons and are openly legislating against a minority of the citizenry while pushing stochastic terror. We the people could wrap this up in about three days with a web browser and fleet of drones. Let’s just light ‘em up and be done with it.
Thomas might actually resign if it would get Ginni out of a prosecution or conviction. I can’t see anything else persuading him though.

With a finite number of plots and almost infinite computer power, Kurt Vonnegut would be unfazed if AI syntaxed him out of a job. “And so it goes” he’d say. But he’d also say: “a purpose of human life, no matter who is controlling it, is to love whoever is around to be loved...” Wake me up when AI replaces moms.

30 years ago, one decision altered the course of our connected world
On April 30, 1993, the World Wide Web was released into the public domain. It revolutionized the internet and allowed users to create websites filled with graphics, audio and hyperlinks.

Neil Gorsuch Has Joined the Supreme Court Ethics Scandal Party
The head of a law firm that practices before the court bought property from the conservative justice nine days after he was confirmed
Thomas is not alone. Supreme Court Justice Gorsuch has also benefitted financially from parties with an interest in the high court’s business while neglecting to disclose it
Tucker’s gone, but will they scrub this abuse from their website? From just a month ago:
“... How, for example, did senile hermit Joe Biden get 15 million more votes than his former boss, rock star, crowd surfer Barack Obama?...Was the 2020 election a miracle? Honestly, we don't know and we don't expect to get an answer to it tonight...”
That’s just the beginning of a 13 minute stream of effluent.

Remember when the term “paradigm shift” was a thing? It’s an important term to revisit with the current state of gender politics because we’re in the middle of a Copernican, sexual revolution. We are witnessing a historic shift of a religious mentality clinging to a “geocentric” view of sexuality (binary male/female) and struggling to deny the more precise (factual) “heliocentric” view of sexuality (a yummy spectrum of freedom).
I’ve never seen a successful wager that disfavors science.
CNN and MSNBC are spending at least 10 minutes each going on and on about a ONE (one fucking poll!) poll saying Biden shouldn’t run for president. An election that isn’t going to fucking happen for a fucking year and a half!!!

I wish they’d spend that much time dragging that little cunt Tucker, Carlson.

… and as a result, Fox is paying over three quarters of a billion dollars. Right? What if Dominion went to trial and the jury found in their favor, then felt fair damages was $20 million?
This is a civil lawsuit. This settlement is fucking unreal. They did very well. Dominion doesn’t owe anyone except their shareholders anything, for better or worse. That’s how it works.
