@HowLibertyDies Anyone can 'Content Warn' or CW a post. IT can be used however the user chooses. Good rules of thumb are to use it with particularly long posts, anything involving graphic imagery (Pictures or text wise.)

@HowLibertyDies For instance, if you're reporting, say, a violent altercation and the pictures are bloody messes, it's a good idea to CW the post and image just in case someone isn't in a place where that be a good thing to look at.
