@sadladpress@freespeechextremist.com @georgia@spinster.xyz Luckily, my kitty is of the rescued street cat type, and has been very healthy so far.
Just regular kitty stuff you expect from getting a cat off the street. Had her fixed, treated her for worms, that sort of stuff- all very expected.
Apart from that? She's healthy. All her shots, I play with her everyday, clean the box.
Honestly, she's become such an important part of my life that I would probably take time off work to make sure she's okay if she got sick. Like, to take care of her so she feels better.
When she's really scared she hides by being close to me. She trusts me and I know she loves me.
So, yeah, if I could give her a more fulfilling life through intellect or anything at all, I would do it in a heart beat.
I used to hate going home. I felt lonely all the time- but she meets me at the door EVERY night, and she demands to be picked up and hugged and loved.. and she purrs so loudly when I do it.
It's my favorite part of my day, now. She welcomes me home, and loves to be with me- and I'm not lonely at all.
