- be welcoming
- have a Code of Conduct
- don’t be afraid to exclude toxic people

@kirschner Can we please use "Free Software"?
They are not interchangeable terms.
We can all have simple Libre/Freie in there if it helps, but we need to drop the Open Source labels.
The Free Software foundation Europe has become far to comfortable with the term "Open" which is making it very hard to bring the ethics of Free Software into discussion with those who have never heard of it.
