In the real world, police forces operate through violence. If you hire affirmative action cases, the violence gets worse. If you hire nepotism cases, same problem.
If the perp does something stupid at the end of the shift, no shit his ass gonna get beat.
If he attacks... well, Rodney King deserved what he got.
