The Belarusian Ministry of Defense has announced the commencement of new exercises with Russia. These exercises will involve the planning of the use of troops from both countries. During the week, representatives from the military departments of the two states will use the experience of recent armed conflicts to discuss the decision-making process for the use of a regional grouping in order to ensure the military security of an allied state.
