A rocket launched by Russian struck a residential building in Kramatorsk, completely destroying it and potentially trapping people under the rubble. At least two people were killed and seven were injured in the incident.

At 21:45, Russian troops launched an Iskander-K missile at the residential sector of the city, resulting in the destruction of one building and damage to at least 8 others. Three civilians have been reported dead and 20 injured, and there may still be people trapped under the rubble. An extensive search and rescue operation is currently underway, with 11 investigative teams, explosives experts, dog handlers, paramedics, patrol police and other units on the scene. Law enforcement officers are evacuating people to a nearby school, which has been set up as a shelter.
Reports indicate that three people have died and twenty have been injured after a rocket struck a residential area of Kramatorsk. Eight buildings have been damaged, with one of them being completely destroyed, and it is possible that people are trapped beneath the debris.
