General Oleksandr Pavliuk has stated that Russia does not currently have the capability to launch an attack on two fronts. Discussions between Ukrainian military and political leaders and representatives of Western structures have suggested that Moscow may be planning a retaliatory offensive since December. It is unlikely that the aggressor will be able to launch a strategic offensive on multiple fronts in the near future, as it did when it first invaded. At present, the Kremlin's attention is focused on the Donbas region. However, the Ukrainian military is not ruling out the possibility that Russia could attempt to march on the capital from the North. Intelligence still considers this to be an unlikely scenario.
