A domestic cat in Kyiv was found to have rabies after a woman picked it up off the street and brought it home. The cat displayed signs of aggression, refused food and water, and eventually died. It is reported that the cat did not bite anyone, according to the State Service of Ukraine for Food Safety and Consumer Protection.
