The Verkhovna Rada Commissioner for Human Rights Lubinets has reported that kidnappers are abducting Ukrainian children and filming them in sexual videos. Prices for these videos can reach hundreds of thousands of rubles, with one example being 250 thousand rubles (130 thousand UAH) for a boy who is about to start school. The correspondence states that the children have no relatives and are from Ukraine. There is no excuse for this kind of behavior and every kidnapper will be held accountable.
