Ukraine's goal is to be prepared for pre-accession negotiations by the end of 2023 and to be ready for EU membership by the end of 2024 - Shmyhal. To achieve this, Ukraine has completed a number of requirements, such as the creation of an anti-corruption infrastructure, the adoption of laws on media and national minorities, the implementation of legislation on the Constitutional Court, the establishment of the High Council of Justice, and the fulfillment of FATF requirements on the transparency of funds.
