"Executive privilege" is a media-driven red herring that won't impact the takedown of Donald Trump - Palmer Report
The executive privilege battle was fought when the January 6 committee was sending out their subpoenas. tRump is no longer the executive. Biden is. And Biden is not going to protect Pence from a subpoena. There is no such thing as ex-executive privilege so all little Donnie can do is sit on the sidelines and watch.
