The Ministry of Education and Science (MONS) has called on schools to switch to remote learning from February 22 to 24, 2023, as a precautionary measure against the threat of shelling on the anniversary of the start of the war. Shkarlet has also appealed to the heads of regional military administrations and educational institutions.
