Russia has imported a test batch of shells from Iran and is now looking to import another batch of 20,000 shells. According to Kirill Budanov, head of the Defense Intelligence of Ukraine, this is a small number compared to what is typically used. When asked if it was possible for the Russians to find these shells in North Korea, he replied that it was theoretically possible, but there have been no confirmed cases in North Korea.
