The International Criminal Court's prosecutors have been working in Kyiv since May of last year, according to British lawyer Kareem Khan. He stated that they have had a permanent presence in Ukraine since then, with premises already equipped for their activities. Khan also mentioned that people have been working in Ukraine since May, visiting places such as Kherson, Kharkiv, Bucha, and Borodyanka. He added that they have been providing consultations, collecting evidence, and working with the Prosecutor General's Office and other authorities. Khan concluded by emphasizing that they are not just observing the situation.
