All 18-year-old males will be required to take special training courses in medicine, shooting, trenches, and coordination. Additionally, they will be required to take a month-long course in specialization each year. There should also be a culture of visiting shooting ranges so that all Ukrainians can become proficient in using firearms. Finally, the reform must be completed and all firearms must be officially registered and subject to inspection.
