The Commander of the Army Syrsky reported that the level of tension in the battle for Bakhmut has reached its peak, as the enemy has sent in additional forces. The defense forces are doing their best to repel the attacks and prevent the city from being encircled.

The conflict in Bakhmut has escalated to its most intense level. The enemy has reinforced their troops in the area. Our troops are courageously defending their positions in the north of Bakhmut in order to stop the city from being encircled. This is according to the Commander of the Land Forces of the Armed Forces of Ukraine.
