DTEK has reported that four districts of Kyiv are currently experiencing stabilization blackouts due to damage to the power grid, which is preventing the necessary energy from being transmitted to the residents of Holosiivskyi, Sviatoshynskyi, Shevchenkivskyi and Solomianskyi districts and causing the power grids to become overloaded.
