I love Pi day. An excuse to make pie.
Cherry Cheesecake Pie
Beat 1 brick of cream cheese 8 oz. Until softened. Add one can of sweetened condensed milk slowly with mixer running to prevent lumps. After completely blended add ⅓ cup lemon juice. After blended scrape into a graham cracker pie shell and refrigerate for 2 hours. Top with ⅔ can of cherry pie filling and serve.
