The main news for today is that Denmark has agreed to create a $1 billion fund to help Ukraine. This aid is intended to provide civilian, military and economic assistance to Ukraine. President Zelensky has signed decrees dismissing three heads of the regional military administrations: Luhansk, Odesa and Khmelnytsky. Denmark will also send a new package of military aid to Ukraine totaling $140 million, which will include ammunition, anti-tank mines, and air defense missiles. A coalition of nine countries has pledged to provide Ukraine with more than 150 Leopard tanks. Spain will deliver 6 Leopard 2A4 tanks in the near future, to be followed by a second shipment of four other units. Sweden will provide 10 Leopard tanks and key air defense components to Ukraine, and Norway will provide 2 NASAMS systems. Unfortunately, Russia is not providing any assistance.
