The Investigative Committee of Muscovy has reportedly opened a criminal case against the prosecutor and judges of the International Criminal Court in The Hague. They could be arrested and prosecuted while in the territory of Muscovy, under the articles of Part 2, Article 299, Part 1, Article 30, Part 2, Article 360 of the Criminal Code of the Russian Federation, which involve bringing a knowingly innocent person to criminal liability, combined with unlawful accusation of a person of committing a serious or especially serious crime, and even preparing to attack a representative of a foreign state enjoying international protection with the aim of complicating international relations.
