In Kyiv, police were alerted to a baby being raised in an unfinished building in unsanitary conditions. Upon investigation, it was discovered that a 37-year-old woman and her 5-month-old son were living in the building. The baby is now in the hospital and is not in any danger. Social workers and law enforcement officers are speaking with the mother.
