We don't know how it is in Hungary, but Ukraine does not trade either its territories or its sovereignty, — the spokesman of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs Nikolenko said in response to the new scandalous statements of Hungarian Prime Minister Orbán.

In an interview with former Fox News host Tucker Carlson, the prime minister offered to negotiate with Putin and was skeptical about the prospects of Ukraine's victory in the war.

"We must conclude an agreement with the Russians on a new security architecture to ensure Ukraine's security and sovereignty, but not NATO membership," Orban said.

In his opinion, the Russians have a decisive advantage in the number of people. Therefore, Ukraine is "on the way to losing the war" and will not be able to return Crimea.

"The best chance for peace is the return to power of Donald Trump and the termination of military support to Ukraine," the prime minister added.

The Ministry of Foreign Affairs responded that they began to doubt the consistency of the position of the Prime Minister of Hungary since Orbán "for a long time did not call for an end to the supply of weapons to Ukraine and to legitimize Russia's aggression."

"We don't know how it is in Hungary, but Ukraine does not trade its territories or sovereignty. And the world will not trade. And the Russian leadership, no matter which public lawyers it engages will bear responsibility for all the evil done to Ukrainians," Nikolenko added.
