Romania has taken steps to bolster security for its citizens living near Ukrainian ports that are being attacked by Russia. Shelters will be constructed in Plauru, Chatalkiai, and other nearby settlements, and residents will be alerted in the event of danger. The Emergency Situations Inspectorates are preparing to provide guidance to the people.

This is a strong stance from NATO. This raises the question: if the Russians can launch drones into Romanian territory, why are we not allowed to launch Western-made missiles into Russian territory?
