🔹 The PACE Committee has recognized that the russian federation has actually become a dictatorship. Representatives of Ukraine will demand that the resolution on this be voted on immediately — already at the autumn session scheduled for October.

💬I am confident that there will be political will to vote for this resolution in the Parliamentary Assembly of the Council of Europe. The document was supported by an absolute majority in the Committee. Now the only question is who will leave the hall during the vote, who will abstain, because there are unlikely to be many people who want to press the red button, thus claiming that russia is a democracy, not a dictatorship, the MP said.
