US Secretary of State Antony Blinken commented on the possible transfer of long-range ATACMS missiles to Ukraine. He was asked whether the US is afraid of US missile strikes on Russian territory.

"Any system that is being discussed for a possible transfer to Ukraine is being analyzed by Washington. When it comes to the use of transferred weapons, the Ukrainian forces themselves choose the targets. They will have to make a decision about what might be most effective in the effort to restore full sovereignty and territorial integrity," he said.
