"It is now important that all countries work in a spirit of compromise and cooperate constructively. We are now focused on implementing and making work the new system that has just been announced," said the European Commission spokesperson.

She added that the meeting with EU representatives on Monday will provide an opportunity to discuss restrictions on imports of Ukrainian grain.
