The United States returned to Ukraine cultural property stolen by Russia from the temporarily occupied territories of the country

Last June, US Customs and Border Protection seized antiquities illegally exported from Ukraine to the United States:

➡️ 17th century European iron ax with hammer on the back;
➡️ three 17th-century iron axes, three 17th-century pickaxes;
➡️ two iron Scythian akinak swords of the 6th century BC;
➡️ one iron spearhead approximately 500-1200 BC.

“Every time something is returned to Ukraine, something stolen by the Russians, it means the return of life and justice, which is very important,” Volodymyr Zelensky emphasized.
