Military units, FSB, GRU: Moscow authorities have posted the addresses of sensitive facilities online

It is reported that a 434-page document was published on the website of the Moscow City Hall with a list of special electricity consumers who cannot be disconnected from the power supply “under any circumstances.”

The document was approved by Moscow mayor Sergei Sobyanin and is currently no longer available. But it published the addresses of all military units, institutions and organizations of the Russian Ministry of Defense stationed in Moscow, including Russian military intelligence. The list also includes objects in Serebryany Bor, including dachas associated with the Foreign Intelligence Service (SVR), the Ministry of Defense and the Ministry of Internal Affairs.
