Putin's press secretary urged people not to pay attention to the falling ruble. In his opinion, close interest in the dollar exchange rate is “a vestige of the past,” and Russians need to “get used to living in the ruble zone.”

This morning on the Moscow Exchange the dollar was worth 100 rubles, for the first time since August 14.
